Problem seller?
#1
A lady on another site has posted a heads-up about a clothing maker who has supposedly scammed her out of £60 (paid via Paypal as a gift, hence can't be claimed back) and not delivered her goods. She says the lady is from Scotland and called Sue Williams - not heard of her myself so can't comment on the truth or otherwise of her claims but am just sharing so you are aware. x

Thats disgraceful, hs the seller not come back to her at all ?

I always acknowledge the buyer, and send her/him ( yes I have
a male customer) pictures of the finished item, and quite often send the items
off before payment is received, I always have a gut feeling that all will be well,
and to date it has been.

I believe the customer claims to have had a string of excuses why the work was not completed, after waiting several weeks she made a complaint through Paypal and has now got her money back, but as I say, I don't know if this seller is regularly a problem or if this was just a one-off with genuine difficulties x
