You can put them any where you like hun, the decision is yours.
There really is no set place for veins on any part of the dolls body so its a case of where ever you think they will look good.

dippy just like andi said, however there do tend to be more veins around the belly button (espeacially if you are going for a new new new born bub) and just afew around the upper chest area.
