Before doing any AA baby does the vinyl need to be neutralised?

i WOULD STILL NEUTRALISE THE KIT BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS YOU CAN MAKE UNDERTONE CHANGES AS YOU GO :IE IF IT IS LOOKING A LITTLE ORANGE YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD A EXTRA COAT OF BLUE. IF IT IS LOOKING TOO PINK JUST SKIP RED ON THE NEXT ROUND.
