Di and I feel that members should be able to share other things they make in the area of craft and Di is going to create a section just for this, in the mean time I am going to start with the first post on other things we make and do so by sharing some photos of the christening dresses I make. I hand sew these and every pearl is stitched on one at a time and all the lace is hand stitched also. Yes they do take a lot of time but I refer to these creations as my stress release lol. Anyway let me know what you all think and please tell us about the other crafts that you all make as there is some very interesting stuff out there by some very talented people.

yes I do make them to sell and am about to start listing them on Flamingo Kitsch. It will be interesting to see the reaction and thank you soooo much for your comments by the way.To date I have only made six as they do take some time to make because of the amount of beading.
Dianna makes the most amazing knitted clothes which I am trying to get her to photograph and list in the craft section.
I think it is always nice to see other things people makes so come on everyone show us your stuff.

That Christening dress would fit up to 3 month old baby I would say. I make newborn to about three months and it is going up for sale at $600.00. The stuff I make is all one of a kind and being hand made means it can be passed down through the family as it is made to last.
I have a real thing about beading and lace as well as things being a one of so it reflects in my work I guess.
It is my favourite to tell the truth
