After computer troubles (both the operator and the machine) Here are the pics of my first bub. She is a Teagan sculpt by Denise Pratt. I thoroughly enjoyed creating this beautiful little girl. I just look at her and keep waiting for her to open her eyes.

i lover her colouring. i will say personally i am not a huge fan of blonde hair, most of my babies tend to end up dark lol.. maybe cause all my kiddos except my first were born with dark hair????

first had red hair, i should get a photo up of her hair.... and i did root one doll with red mohair, unfortunately... it was cheap mohair and i ve since learnt my lesson with that crap stuff!

Thanks for your kind comments. I must say I have some great references to look at in my two daughters but struggled with the paints that weren't pre-mixed. Having said that I have now bought some of the Authentic Reborn premixed set and the Secrest pre-mixed set, both in strawberries and cream. It is really hard to get the same type of markings on Tayla as on Teagan as with the AR paints its hard to over-blush. Am still experimenting with them all.
Andama her eyebrows were painted, somehow I fluked them matching her hair LOL. She looked really funny in the pics i took before i rooted the hair as they really stood out.
Cindy pParcel arrived, I love that dress its georgeous, shame it doesn't fit my 2 year old she would look so cute in it. Just need to buy my asian kit. The one i mentioned i saw in the Dolls, Bears and Collectables Magazine was a Bailey by Adrie Stoete.
Tegan has a 5 zero suit on from target, it was one of my daughter hannah's, have not been able to find anything else yet. I found 5 zero short sleeve from target for Taite and fits not too bad. Worst thing is the necks are a little big but I found envelope neck pretty good. If you can get anything in 6 zero should fit pretty well.

Oh forgot to say Cindy I totally agree with the hair colour thing. must be something to do with your own kids, as both of mine had almost no hair, so I think that why i go for the blondes. Hannah was 18 months old before she got any length to it and I am still flat out putting anything in it and she is nearly 2 and a half. Unfortunately both my girls have super fine hair like their mum. Will probably spend most of their life cursing their mother for the frizzies, thank God for hair straighteners LOL. I am yet to buy some darker hair but am thinking of getting some for my Paisley kit. Any recommendations on where to buy from and what to look for?

my kids all have my super fine hair.

just some have more of it then others.

i myself have really fine hair, but i grow about 4 hairs out of each hair folicole.

hubby is very hairy too so i pity my 6 yr old that is ours LOL
