well Andi thought I'd explain my experiance of meeting Dakotas mum at the shopping center ( i don't think I will do that again for awhile lol)
some people !! what can I say they just don't know when to shut it lol I took Dakota to the shopping center waiting for her mum to pick her up this woman as soon as I walked in the door (imagine all this in a german accent) "Is that a doll or real baby?" I answer its a doll walk around go to the loo get lots of lovely comments from people all over the place head over to outside of target where we arranged to meet sit...... and I see that woman looking ( i think she had been following me) she goes in target comes back out still glaring then comes over "is that doll or real baby?" I say again she is a doll she say "oh its one of those ment to look like a real baby" I yes would you like to hold her have a closer look? "she looks dead, I could tell it wasn't a real baby I don't like it" I say thats ok each to their own. she says "it looks dead to pale" I say well this is how her mum wanted her and her cololuring is affected by the lighting in here. "people buy them if they have dead baby" some people do, some just collect them. "its real hair?" its mohair "its dead baby hair"(she said that loudy I was very embrassed by this stage) no no its mohair " how much you sell them for" I said $400 (lied I know lol I sold her for $300) she says "how much a kit cost" I say $200 she says "so you make $200.00 where did you learn?" I taught myself " oh I am going to do that then"..I had no idea what to say at this point so silence.... "the lady who bought her she had dead baby?" I said no (didn't mention the grand babies) figured it wasn't her business "she looks dead don't her eyes open?" I said no you can get kits that have open eyes... then this poor old man sitting on the end of the bench she looks at him and says to him "it looks dead doesn't it?" lol the old man just looked like he wanted to find a hole to crawl into "so what you just hoping the lady who buys her likes her?" I said no i know she likes her she has seen pictures of her ...and then she wanderd off.... I was getting so peeved I started to shake I mean I have no problem if someone doesn't like it but saying it once is enough !! I'm sure i have missed some of her comments but you get the drift
and then I was in a panic thinking omg she looks dead and after what christines family have been through they don't need a dead looking reborn ......
thank god she liked her when she saw her, her face just lit up and she couldn't stop looking at her... I have to say that was the best feeling lol. but yes it was a very nervous wait... ooo she even said she wants me to make a open eyed boy next but not just yet!! lol
and then ofcourse came home and worked and while I was working I came up with soooo many good comebacks to that woman pitty its to late to use them hehe
